This one is so special; I added Sumac harvested in Vermont (my home state) with my dad, it took 3 days to hand process 1 quart jar worth of Sumac goodness! Plus a variety of 3 locally harvest seaweeds that I gathered from the Sonoma County coastline. Along with Marigold Blossoms* I picked/dried from West County Community Farm , Nettle Seeds from Oshala Farm , Milk Thistle Seed, Black & White Sesame Seeds and a lil' bit O' Sea Salt.
 
Sprinkle on anything and everything for added umami flavor, nutrients, vitamins, minerals and salivation worthy moments.
